​Durham Digs seeks to unite prospective student tenants with landlords, offering a wide range of house sizes, locations and costs. When you find a property you are interested in, simply fill in the simple form and the landlord will automatically receive an email with your details in it. It is then up to them to contact you and take it further.

We feature many properties from different landlords, but we are not a letting agency as we do not manage the rentals of all the houses on this website. It is important you are aware of the implications of renting a house, and the rights and responsibilities afforded to you under the law - a tenancy is a legally binding agreement on both you and the landlord.  Durham Digs will gladly help you with the process.  We are happy to arrange in person viewings for all our properties and answer any questions you have.
